Greenland Sagalands a\/s offers a 14 days full refund on goods purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.<\/p>

The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.<\/p>

TOURS For cruise-ship guests:<\/strong><\/p>

Greenland Sagalands a\/s offers a full refund on tours purchased on the website if the cruise-ship does not port Qaqortoq. All passengers get a full refund. Due of delayed or changes of dates of arrival to Qaqortoq, all passengers are offered new tickets or their tickets are valid for same tour.\u00a0<\/p>

IMPORTANT: we keep the right to cancel a trip\/a tour if the required minimum of guests on the certain trip\/tour is not fulfilled. In this case, everyone gets a full refund. This also applies to other guests than the ones coming in on cruise ships.\u00a0<\/p>

You can regret a purchased tour within 24 Hours if the tour is more than 48 Hours ahead.<\/p>

You get a full refund if the purchased tour is more than 21 days ahead.<\/p>

You get 75% refund if the tour purchased is less than 21 days ahead and more than 14 days.<\/p>

You get 50% refund if the tour purchased is less than 14 days ahead and more than 7 days.<\/p>
